William Wilson

William is a cardiologist specializing in interventional cardiology (coronary and structural) and adult congenital heart disease. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1999 and completed advanced training in cardiology at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. He undertook overseas fellowships at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (chronic total occlusion PCI) and at the Toronto Congenital Cardiac Centre for Adults (Adult congenital heart disease). He is currently employed as a sessional cardiologist at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and is undertaking a PhD through the University of Melbourne, which centres on congenital heart disease (outcomes of patients with a systemic right ventricle).
